It processes 50,000 tons of waste PET beverage bottles annually,and produces 30,000 tons of clean polyester chips and 20,000 tons of ultra-clean polyester chips.With an emission of approximately 160,000 tons of carbon dioxide, in response to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration national strategy and the Beijing Municipal Government’s call to relieve non-capital functions, the project ceased production in 2014 and entered the preparatory stage for relocation.Established in 2003, INCOM is a national circular economy pilot unit and an executive director of China Packaging Federation. The company established a food-grade rPET production plant in Beijing in 2005, which processes 50,000 tons of waste PET beverage bottles every year, and produces 30,000 tons of clean PET flakes and 20,000 tons of Super-clean PET pellets.In response to the national strategy of integrated and coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and inherited the mission of the INCOM factory, INCOM RESOURCES RECOVERY(TIANJIN) Co., Ltd. relocated and upgraded the process equipment in the existing factory. The new INCOM factory started smoothly in November 2020, and continues to create the model case of "PET food-grade to food-grade recycling cycle" in China, which will bring new vitality to waste PET beverage bottles. INCOM TIANJIN Factory is an rPET manufacturer approved by National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China and the State Administration for Market Regulation to be used in food contact materials, and its process technology and products have passed certifications, such as ISO9000, ISO14000, FDA, GRS, etc.
